Ingredients
- 3-1/2 to 4 lbs pork Country Style Ribs
- Mustard
- 3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Sread each rib with mustard and roll in crumbs.Place on broiler pan and roast in preheated 350* oven 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until well-browned,crisp.
