Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 C Water
  • 1-1/4 C Milk
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1 Pkg Knorr's Chicken Noodles n' Sauce
  • 1/2 C Carrots
  • 1/2 C Celery
  • 1/2 C Onion
  • 2 C Chicken, cut up
  • 2 Deep Dish Pie Shells
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. In medium sauce pan, bring water, milk and butter to boiling point. Add noodles and sauce, carrots, celery and onion. Continue boiling for 7 mins, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken. Turn into pie shell and cover with second one, sealing the edges. Prick with fork and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 20 mins.
