Lasagna Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 15 oz. container Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups 2% shredded Italian Three Cheese Blend
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 26 oz. jar spaghette sauce, divided
  • 16 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce onto bottom of 13x9" baking dish. spread each noodle with 3 tbsp. cheese mixture; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in dish. Top with remaining sauce and parmesan; cover.

Bake 40-50 min. or until heated through, ucovering the last 10 minutes.

Assemble recipe as directed; cover with heavy-duty foil. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, then bake, covered 1 hour 5 minutes or until heated through, uncovered the last 10 minutes.
