Cheddar-Bacon-Garlic Monkey Bread

Our Cheddar-Bacon-Garlic Monkey Bread is a KRAFT KITCHENS favourite. Made with refrigerated biscuits, cheddar cheese and bacon, this savoury pull-apart loaf is a great side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 200 g Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 4 slices cooked bacon, each cut into 10 pieces
- 1 can (340 g) refrigerated country biscuits (10 biscuits), quartered
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cut half the cheese into 40 small cubes; shred remaining cheese.
Mix butter, garlic and parsley until blended. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. butter mixture onto bottom of 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray. Place 1 each cheese cube and bacon piece on centre of each dough piece; press dough around cheese and bacon until completely enclosed. Place in prepared pan.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese; drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
Bake 35 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan to serve.
