Bev's Chicken Wings
- 20 chicken wingettes
- 2 sticks Blue Bonnet margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 3/4 cup Lawry’s seasoned salt
Rinse chicken under cold water; pat dry. Coat with flour.
Melt margarine on a baking pan in a 375 degree F oven. Place chicken in baking pan and bake until golden brown. Turn frequently, baking 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When golden brown, sprinkle with sugar/salt mixture. After a minute or two, turn the chicken and sprinkle again. Bake another minute or so and then drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with sugar/salt mixture again before serving. May be served hot or room temperature.
