Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon pepper
- 1/4 cup coarse kosher salt
- 1/4 cup dill seed
- 1/4 cup ground coriander
- 2 tbsp. dried dill
- 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp. granulated onion
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together.
Makes 1½ cups and can be stored in an airtight container, in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
