Ingredients
- large onion
- large green peppers
- red wine (not cooking wine)
- ribs
- Sauce
- 3/4 C Salad oil
- 2/3 C Lemon juice
- 2 cans 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 1/4 C worcestershire sauce
- 6 or 7 cloves minced garlic

Preparation
Step 1
Line a cake pan with foil. Chop in onions and green peppers. Add ribs and wine, marinate all day.
Cook low and slow for 1 1/2 hours covered in foil. Remove foil. Finish cooking for 1 hour basting with BBQ sauce.
Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix thoroughly.
