Ingredients

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 1

    cup corn oil

  • 4

    beaten eggs

  • 1

    lb canned pumpkin

  • 3 1/2

    cups flour

  • 1

    cup chopped pecans

  • 1

    tsp baking powder

  • 2

    tsp baking soda

  • 2

    tsp salt

  • 3 1/2

    tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 2/3

    cup water

Directions

1. Combine sugar, oil and eggs 2. Add pumpkin 3. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture. 4. Add water and nuts. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 6. Makes 3 loaves
