Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teas. baking soda
- 1 teas. cinnamon
- 1/2 teas. salt
- Grosting
- 5 Tbsp.butter, softened
- 1-3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 1-3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 teas. milk
- chopped nuts

Step 1
Beat pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to pumpkin mixture and beat til well blended. Pour into a greased 15x10 sheet pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 min or til done. Cool.
For frosting, beat the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla in a mixing bowl uil smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well. Add milk to reach desired spreading consistency. Frost cake and sprinkle with nuts.
