Ingredients

    can (16 oz.) pumpkin

  • 2

    c. sugar

  • 1

    c. oil

  • 4

    eggs

  • 2

    c. flour

  • 2

    teas. baking soda

  • 1

    teas. cinnamon

  • 1/2

    teas. salt

  • Grosting

  • 5

    Tbsp.butter, softened

  • 1-3

    oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    teas. vanilla

  • 1-3/4

    c. powdered sugar

  • 3 to 4

    teas. milk

  • chopped nuts

Directions

Beat pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to pumpkin mixture and beat til well blended. Pour into a greased 15x10 sheet pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 min or til done. Cool. For frosting, beat the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla in a mixing bowl uil smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well. Add milk to reach desired spreading consistency. Frost cake and sprinkle with nuts.
