Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 1/2 c flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar, eggs until fluffy.

Add dry ingredients. Chill.

Roll out 1/4 to 1/2" thick. Cut and bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
