- 1 medium potato medium size
- powered sugar
- peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

Step 1
Boil the potato until done. Leave the skin on and peel later after its cooked. Mash the potato. Then add powered sugar until dough forms. Roll the dough to whatever thickness you like (app.1/4inch thick)or maybe a little thicker. Spread peanut butter onto the rolled out dough. Roll the candy up and wrap it in wax paper or plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator to harden up a bit.
