Ingredients
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tsp each sodium-reduced soy sauce and unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Asian chill paste (such as samba oelek)
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and chill paste; slowly whisk in hot water until smooth. Stir in green onions.
