Ingredients
- large potatoes(10)
- cream of mushroom soup (2 cans)
- sour cream 16 oz.
- Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- corn flakes

Preparation
Step 1
peel and par-boil potatoes,cool, and dice
mix potatoes with soup and sour cream. Pour in a 9x13 greased pan.
Spread cheddar cheese on top.
Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Uncover and bake 15- 20 minutes
serve and enjoy
