Candy Cane Kissed Ice Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Gallon of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Whipped Topping
  • 24 Chocolate Wafer Cookies (Crushed)
  • 12 Mini Candy Canes (Crushed)
  • Jumbo Cupcake Liners

Preparation

Step 1


Thaw out the vanilla ice cream. Line a cupcake tin with the jumbo cupcake liners. Mix the crushed cookies and crushed candy cane together. Fill each liner with equal parts cookie and candy cane mixture. Reserve a small amount for sprinkling on top of cupcakes for decor. Fill the cupcake liners with vanilla ice cream. Top with a small amount of whipped topping and crushed cookies and candy cane. Store in freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
