Ingredients
- 2 c lukewarm water
- 2 Tbs yeast
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 Tbs salt
- 6 c flour
- 1 c melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine water, yeast and sugar. Mix well at low speed. Let stand 5 minutes.
Add oil. Mix well on low, adding salt. Mix until well blended. Gradually add flour while mixing on low.
Gradually increase speed as mixture becomes spongy. Mix 5 minutes at med-hi speed. Dough should pull away from bowl.
Pour melted butter over dough and let rise. Pinch off walnut-sized pieces of dough. Place in greased pan. Butter and let rise.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 12 minutes. Brush with butter.
