Lemon Bars, Easy, Easy Pineapple Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix (Betty Crocker)
  • 2 cans lemon pie filling (21 oz. Comstock)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together in a large bowl. MIX BY HAND, NOT WITH MIXER.

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake @ 350* for 25 minutes.

Cool...then sprinkle with powdered sugar

****You can also make this recipe omitting the lemon pie filling and use
1-20 oz can of crushed pineappe in it's own juice
