CRAB & CHEESE ENGLISH MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 1 container Imperial Cold Pack Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can crab meat, drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 6 English muffins, halved

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese and mayonnaise, stir until smooth. Add crab and onion; stir to combine.

Spread crab mixture on muffin halves. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until puffy and browned; cool on rack.

Store muffins in freezer. Serve cold or re-heat in microwave or toaster oven.
