Ingredients
- 1 container Imperial Cold Pack Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 6 English muffins, halved
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese and mayonnaise, stir until smooth. Add crab and onion; stir to combine.
Spread crab mixture on muffin halves. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until puffy and browned; cool on rack.
Store muffins in freezer. Serve cold or re-heat in microwave or toaster oven.
