Ingredients
- 1 cup Port
- 1/3 c. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c. Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 c. Olive Oil
- 4 drops of hot sauce
- 3 T. meat seasoning blend
- 1 5 to 6 lb. beef tenderloin
Preparation
Step 1
Combine wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, olive oil, and hot sauce in shallow dish.
Stir in meat seasoning blend.
Add beef & marinate for 2 to 3 hours, turning beef once or twice.
Drain reserving the marinade.
Place beef on rack in roasting pan.
Roast at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes for rare or 1-2 hours for medium, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.
Place on serving platter.
