- 4 or 5 tomatillo's
- 4 or 5 jalapeno's
- 1/2 onion or 1 small one
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt
- oregeno

Step 1
put all vegetables in boiling water and cook until tender. Blend in blender or food processor, adding salt and oregeno to taste. probably a couple pinches of oregano and a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of salt. If it is a little thick, use the water that you boiled the vegetables in to thin it up a bit. Serve warm or chilled.
