Ingredients
- Ground Oat Flour:
- Pork Chops or Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 cup ground oat flour (see recipe below)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram or thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Place 1- 1 1/2 cups Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked, in blender. Blend for 60 seconds. Makes about 1 cup ground oat flour. Store in tightly covered container in cool, dry place up to 5 months.

Step 1
Coat meat with ingredients, dip into milk & egg combined.
Coat again.
Place in foil lined pan.
Drizzle butter over meat.
Bake in 400 oven 45 minutes.
