Ingredients

  • Bread Crumbs (very little)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 t. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 large egg yolks (sometimes 3)
  • 2 pounds jumbo lump crab meat
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs! Form into 10 crab cakes adding bread crumbs to coat. Fry in oil until outside is crispy!!!
