Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup fresh creamer peas
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
- 1 cup vegetarian broth
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 link sweet italian sausage, cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
saute the peas with the onion and bell pepper in the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Add chopped, cooked sausage. Pour veggie broth over the sauted peas. Cook covered on medium/low until all the broth evaporates. Keep covered until ready to serve.
