Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hot pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 9 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 inch casserole. Top with grated cheese. Cover refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Let stand 10 to 15 minutes

Great with muffins and fruit.
