FRIED RICE WITH ALMONDS

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS salad oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups cold boiled rice
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds. Slit lengthwise

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion, green pepper salt and pepper in oil for 5 minutes.

Add the rice, soy sauce and almonds. Mix well. Cook for 10 minutes until thoroughly heated.

Serves 4
