Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 lb 5 oz can peach pie pie filling (21 oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 t lemon extract
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter (softened)
  • 1/2 t. lemon extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, pie filling, eggs, extract and nuts.

Blend at low speed until completely moistened.

Beat 2 min at medium speed.

Spread in greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan.

Topping:

Combine sugar, flour, butter and lemon extract. Sprinkle evenly over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
