Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 c. gingersnap cookie crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- FILLING
- 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 3/4 t. cinnamon
- (can sub. 1 t. pumpkin pie spice)
- 1/4 t. nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
CRUST
1. Mix crumbs, pecans and butter
2. Press into bottom and 1 1/2" up sides of a 9" springform pan.
3. Bake 10 minutes.
FILLING
1. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and vanilla at medium speed til well blended.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
3. Reserve 1 c. of batter.
4. Add remaining sugar, pumpkin and spices to remaining batter, mixing well.
5. Spoon pumpkin and cream cheese batters alternately over crust.
6. Cut through batters with a knife multiple times to create a marble effect.
7. Bake 55 minutes.
8. Loosen cake from edge of pan, but cool before removing rim.
