TRACY’S COCONUT JOYS

  • 1/2 c margarine
  • 2 1-oz squares milk
  • 2 c 10x sugar
  • milk chocolate, melted
  • 3 c flaked coconut
  • garnish: chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in saucepan. Remove from heat and add 10x sugar and coconut. Mix well; shape into balls. Place on wax-paper lined baking sheet and make indentations. Fill indentations with chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill 3 hours. Makes 3 dozen.
