  • 1 (18 oz) Roll Sugar Cookies
  • 4 Eggs Slightly Beaten
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1/4 C Flour
  • 1 t Baking Powder
  • 1/4 C Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 T Powder Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Slice dough as directed on pkg. Arrange slices in bottom of ungreased 13x9 in pan and bake @350 for 15-20 minutes.

In large bowl stir together eggs, sugar, flout, and baking powder. Stir in lemon juice. Pour mixture over warm crust.

Bake @350 20-30 Min then cool completely.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar
