Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 4 onion slices
- 4 green pepper rings
- 4 tbsp. raw reg. rice
- 1 - 10 oz. tomato soup
Preparation
Step 1
In fry pan, brown chops on both sides, pour off fat.
Sprinkle chops with seasonings. Place a slice of onion, pepper ring and 1 tbsp. rice on each chop, pour soup over. Cover, cook low heat 45 mins. or until pork is tender. Stir occasionally.
