Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 24 ounces Ketchup (Brooks is best but generic is fine)
  • 1 small can Rays (orange can) Coney Island hot dog sauce
  • 3 T. Brown Sugar
  • 3 T. Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Combine with other ingredients with meat and onions and heat through. Salt and pepper mixture to taste.

Serve over fresh cooked macaroni. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
