Cheescake

Ingredients

• Crust: 2 c graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 c sugar
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1/4 lb melted butter
• Combine in 10 inch springform – press in pan in sides and bottom
• Filling
• 3 8oz pkg of cream cheese
• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 c sour cream
• 1/2 c heavy cream
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1/2 t vanilla
• Soften CC, beat in sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Beat after each

Preparation

Step 1

350 one hour. One hour with oven temp off but door closed. One hour with oven door open. Freezes well
