Ingredients
- Crust: 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 lb melted butter
- Combine in 10 inch springform – press in pan in sides and bottom
- Filling
- 3 8oz pkg of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t vanilla
- Soften CC, beat in sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Beat after each

Step 1
350 one hour. One hour with oven temp off but door closed. One hour with oven door open. Freezes well
