Creamy Lobster Mac & Cheese

Add a kick of flavor to your traditional Mac & Cheese with some lobster!
Ingredients
- Dash salt
- Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. pasta
- 1 qt. milk

- 8 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1/2 C. all-purpose flour

- 12 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, ground
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 lbs. cooked lobster meat
- 1 1/2 C. breadcrumbs

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Boil water in a large pot with a dash of salt and oil. Cook the pasta in this water according to the directions on the box and then drain and set aside. Heat milk in a saucepan and melt 6 tablespoons of the butter and all the flour in another larger pot. Continue to cook for 2 minutes while occasionally stirring. Pour in the hot milk and continue stirring for 1-2 more minutes. Add in the cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Take the mixture off the heat and add cooked macaroni and lobster. Mix well. Separate the mixture into 6-8 separate little bowls. Melt the remaining butter and add in the breadcrumbs. Add crumbs to the tops of the bowls. Bake them for 30-35 minutes until pasta is slightly darkened on top and cheese is boiling.
