Ingredients
- 1- 4oz. 1- 4oz. 4oz. pkg. crumbled feta cheese with lemon, garlic, and oregano
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. chopped black olives
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. red onion
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. roasted red peppers
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. greek vinaigrette dressing
- 2 2 2 T grated lemon zest
- 1 1 1 french bread baguette
- 2 2 2 T chopped Italian parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine feta, olives, onion and peppers in medium bowl. Add dressing and lemon peel; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at lease 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Toast sliced baguette, rub with garlic clove, drizzle with olive oil. Top with mixture.
