Ingredients

  • 1- 4oz. 1- 4oz. 4oz. pkg. crumbled feta cheese with lemon, garlic, and oregano
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. chopped black olives
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. red onion
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. greek vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 2 2 T grated lemon zest
  • 1 1 1 french bread baguette
  • 2 2 2 T chopped Italian parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine feta, olives, onion and peppers in medium bowl. Add dressing and lemon peel; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at lease 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
Toast sliced baguette, rub with garlic clove, drizzle with olive oil. Top with mixture.
