Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 8 oz carton sour cream
- 2 tbls. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp. instant bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups hot cooked noodles

Step 1
1. Trim fat from meat and slice into bite size pieces. In a bowl, mix together sour cream and flour. Stir in water, bouillon and pepper
2. Cook meat in hot margarine for 2 or 3 min. Remove from skillet Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook and stir till cooked through, add meat and cook until done. Drain off fat and return to skillet
3. Stir in the flour mixture. Stir until bubbly. Serve over noodles.
