Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 2 1/2 t. baking powder
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 egg lightly beaten with T water
- fresh fruit, peeled and sliced

Cooking time 45mins
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble butter into flour forming a ball. Put in refrigerator for one hour. Roll out dough. Put on flat cookie-sheet type pan. Lay fruit on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
