Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 3 Rounded tsp. Baking Powder
- 3 tsp. Sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1) Beat eggs until light; add milk, oil, and butter
2) Sift together dry ingredients; beat into liquid
ingredients.
3) Cook on a greaseless griddle;
Heat griddle very hot; then turn to low and let cool
to low temperature before cooking cakes.
