Ingredients

  • 1 - Box Elbow Macaroni
  • 6 - Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 - Small Onion, Chopped
  • 3 - Stalks of Celery, Chopped
  • 1 - Small Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 2 - Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 5 - Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 - Cup White Sugar
  • 4 1/2 - tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1/2 - tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 - tsp Celery Seed
  • 4 1/2 - Cups Real Mayo
  • 1/2 - Cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 - tsp hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1) Cook pasta 8-9 minutes, until tender. Rinse. Set aside to cool.

2) In large bowl, stir together eggs, onion, celery, red pepper, relish, and hot sauce.

3) In small bowl, stir together mayo/miracle whip, white sugar, vinegar, salt, and celery seed.

4) Pour vegetables into dressing and add pasta until well blended.

5) Chill for at least 1 hour
