- Caramel Coloring
- Tomato Sauce
- Onions
- Parsley
- Honey
- Corriander
- Garlic, minced
- Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- Pepper
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Orange Juice
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Paprika
- Stuffing for Pasta:
- Frozen Spinach
- White Onions
- Ricotta Cheese
- Paramesan Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Jack cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 eggs
- Parsley
- Proscuitto
- Skin-on Chicken breasts.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for BBQ Sauce.
Whisk eggs for filling. Once eggs are whisked, add all ingredients for the filling and mix using your hands.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Make certain to put the BBQ sauce on the flesh of the chicken. Coat the chicken with the BBQ sauce and bake in the oven for 2 hours at a temperature of 300 degrees.
Once the chicken is cooked, let rest for about 15 minutes. Cut the chicken up into bite sized chunks and add to the Filling mixture.
Dole the filling into the ravioli making certain not to put any on the edges.
Once the pasta is filled, boil in salt water. Serve with Marinara sauce and top with Asiago cheese.
(Note: When rolling out the dough, put it on the highest number 1st and then roll it through a few more times.)
