Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger (jared works well)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 1/2 Tablespooons Sesame oil
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2-2 Tablespoons hot chili oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 lb. Lo Mein noodles
- 12 green onions, diced
- 1/2 c chopped roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh thai basil leaves

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat peanut oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic and saute' for 1 minute
2. Transfer to large bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar,sugar, chili oil and salt. Wisk to blend
3. Cook noodles and rinse
4. Transfer noodles to bowl and add onions. Toss to coat. Let sit for 1 hour at room temp
3. Add peanuts and basil
4. I will also add shrimp at this time for a main course meal
