Spicy Peach Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 1/4 t. cloves
• 2 T. butter (softened)
• 2 c. sliced peaches or apricots (drained and reserve juice)
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. raisins
• 1 c. nuts
• 2 t. baking powder
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Blend ingredients

Low speed till moistened. Beat 2 min at a high speed.

Pour onto the loaf pan.

Bake 60 to 60 min at 350 degrees.
