Chocolate filled Strawberries
- 24-36 medium strawberries
- 1 c (6ounces) semi sweet chocolate morsels
- 2 T heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
Remove stems and part of inner parts of strawberries to form a small hollow. Cut a sliver off the bottom of each berry so it stands on end. Place Morsels and cream in small bowl and microwave on high 30 seconds, stir till creamy. Microwave again if necessary. Let cool slightly.
Place cream cheese and powdered sugar in lg mixing bowl, beat till creamy. Beat in chocolate mixture. Place in large pastry bag and pipe into the hollow of the strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour. For best flavor consume within 24 hours.
