Slow Cooker Easy French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb) fresh beef brisket
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth
  • 8 mini baguettes or sandwich buns

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray 3-4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place beef in cooker. In small bowl, mix dry soup mix and broth, pour over beef
2. Cover, cook on low heat 8-10 hours
3. Skim fat from liquid in cooker. Remove beef from cooker; place on cutting board. Cut beef across grain into thin slices or shred beef
4. To serve, cut each baguette in half horizontally. Fill baguettes with beef. Serve with broth for dipping
