- 1 box of instant rice
- 4 boneless skinless breasts
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 lg. jar of pimentos
Chop up bell peppers put into the water that will b used for rice. boil peppers while cooking rice.
Cook rice as directed on box, add several tbsp of margarine.
Cook chicken, wait for chicken to cool then cut into chunks.
Add chicken to rice and add jar of pimentos. stir all together and serve.
