Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 T. grated lime peel
- 1/2 c. key lime juice
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 8" graham cracker crust
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 T. icing sugar
- lime peel shreds

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large mixer bowl, combine condensed milk, grated lime peel, lime juice and salt.
2. Add yolks, beat at high speed 1-2 minutes, or til thick.
3. Pour into crumb crust.
4. Chill at least 2 hours or til set.
TO SERVE:
1. Beat cream til soft peaks form, slowly adding icing sugar.
2. Swirl cream over pie. Garnish with fine shreds of lime peel.
