Ingredients

    can condensed milk

  • 1

    T. grated lime peel

  • 1/2

    c. key lime juice

  • 1/4

    t. salt

  • 2

    egg yolks

  • 1

    8" graham cracker crust

  • 1

    c. heavy cream

  • 1

    T. icing sugar

  • lime peel shreds

Directions

1. In large mixer bowl, combine condensed milk, grated lime peel, lime juice and salt. 2. Add yolks, beat at high speed 1-2 minutes, or til thick. 3. Pour into crumb crust. 4. Chill at least 2 hours or til set. TO SERVE: 1. Beat cream til soft peaks form, slowly adding icing sugar. 2. Swirl cream over pie. Garnish with fine shreds of lime peel.
