Ingredients
- ROUND ONE***
- 1 cup white Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 can Broth (vegtable or chicken)
- 1 T Salt
- ROUND TWO***
- 2 small cans Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 chopped Onion
- Cayenne to taste, I use 1 Tablespoon
- A couple splashes of Soy Sauce
- 1 T Liquid Smoke
Preparation
Step 1
Mix "Round One" in a sauce pan, start simmering...
2. Slowly mix in "Round Two", use a whisk to eliminate any lumps.
3. Simmer on LOW for around 2 hours to thicken and distribute flavors. Stir occasionally to keep sauce from burning to bottom of pan.
