Rock & Roll BBQ Mustard Grilling Sauce

Ingredients

  • ROUND ONE***
  • 1 cup white Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 can Broth (vegtable or chicken)
  • 1 T Salt
  • ROUND TWO***
  • 2 small cans Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 chopped Onion
  • Cayenne to taste, I use 1 Tablespoon
  • A couple splashes of Soy Sauce
  • 1 T Liquid Smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Mix "Round One" in a sauce pan, start simmering...

2. Slowly mix in "Round Two", use a whisk to eliminate any lumps.

3. Simmer on LOW for around 2 hours to thicken and distribute flavors. Stir occasionally to keep sauce from burning to bottom of pan.
