Spaghetti Sauce

This is the BEST spaghetti sauce I've ever had. I also brown Italian sausage or ground beef and add sauce ingredients to the meat. You can also add meatballs in while it simmers.

Ingredients

• 1 can/jar spaghetti sauce (I like Hunt's Four Cheese)
• 1 small can tomato paste
• 1 tsp. minced garlic
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. seasoned salt
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• shake of red cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp. basil flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything together in large pot. Simmer 20 minutes. Can add water if it is too thick. Can adjust seasonings to your taste.
