Ingredients
- 5 LBS HAMBURGER
- 1 TSP ACCENT SALT
- 1 CUP ONION FINELY CHOPPED
- 3 TSP SALT
- 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
- 3 TSP MUSTARD
- 3 TSP HORSERADISH
- 3 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TSP PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP WARM WATER
Preparation
Step 1
ADD ACCENT SALT AND ONION TO HAMBURGER. IN SEPARATE BOWL MIX WELL THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND ADD TO HAMBURGER. COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 30 MINUTES. INCREASE TO MEDIUM HEAT FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL HAMBURGER IS DONE.
