Maple Orange Glaze for Ham

Ingredients

• 3/4 c maple syrup
• 1/2 c orange marmalade
• 2 T unsalted butter
• 1 T Dijon mustard
• 1 t black pepper
• 1/4 t cinnamon

Combine all ingred in small saucepan. Cook over med heat, stirring occ, until mixture is thick, syrupy and reduced to 1 cup, 5-10 min
